Des tours d'étaiement VARIOKIT VST de 30 m de haut ont servi de faux-étaiement pour la construction des sections de bord du pont. Chaque pied a supporté une charge d'environ 600 kN.
Le coffrage VARIOKIT était un élément important d'une solution complète de coffrage et d'échafaudage PERI pour le pont autoroutier de 412 m de long qui enjambe le Rio Sordo.
Le coffrage de la superstructure ainsi que le faux-semblant ont été basés sur le kit de construction technique VARIOKIT.
La tête de broche VST 100 a permis d'abaisser et de lever hydrauliquement jusqu'à 300 mm à pleine charge.
Les sections de l'échafaudage d'étaiement de 2,00 m de large sont reliées longitudinalement à l'aide de broches robustes et d'étais de traction-poussée pour former des tours d'étaiement.
VARIOKIT et PERI UP sont deux systèmes de construction modulaire dotés d'une grille métrique flexible.
La combinabilité avec le système d'échafaudage PERI UP a assuré une accessibilité maximale et donc des conditions de travail sûres sur le site de construction.
